Waverley Park

Glasgow

Our luxury housing development with a rooftop terrace and private balconies sold out in three months.

Where the city meets open space, Waverley Park offers urban living at its finest. Only five minutes on foot from Queen’s Park in Glasgow’s desirable Shawlands area, the five-storey development will have 34 properties. All private two-bedroom apartments and three-bedroom penthouses will feature bespoke interiors, including contemporary German-designed kitchens and luxury suites by Scope Bathrooms.

Most apartments will have private balconies and all residents will be able to enjoy a tranquil rooftop terrace overlooking the neighbouring Shawlands Bowling Club green. Lifts access all storeys, including the exclusive penthouse floor, and there will be allocated car parking for the whole building.

As well as excellent public transport connections on hand – it’s an eight-minute journey to the city centre – owners will benefit from having some of the city’s best food, drink, culture and shopping on their doorstep. Not to mention two of Glasgow’s rolling parks.

The overwhelming interest we received in the £10 million development was far beyond our expectations and we’re delighted to say all apartments and penthouses are sold. Waverley Park is looking forward to hosting its residents.

Candleriggs Court

Glasgow

Property Investor Award winner and one of Glasgow’s most discussed build-to-rent developments based in Merchant City.

Hidden in a discreet Merchant City square, Candleriggs Court offers secluded community living in the heart of Glasgow. Designed with students and professionals in mind, the luxury build-to-rent residential development sits within strolling distance of the city’s most popular shops, bars and restaurants.

This ambitious and innovative urban residential project sought to repopulate Glasgow city centre and won great praise for doing so. Not only was the development a Scottish Home Award finalist, Candleriggs won the Property Investor Award for build-to-rent development of the year.

Stretching over three floors and centred around a spectacular atrium, the building includes 36 luxury one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. Fitted with bespoke German Hacker kitchens and beautiful bathrooms by Vitra and Porcelanosa, the state-of-the-art properties bring much-needed premium accommodation to a largely commercial area.

Also benefiting from bike spaces and underground parking, the development’s communal facilities ensure residents don’t have to find a space. Being central, public transport links are also unparalleled. But when back at home, there’s a private communal garden, offering residence peace and quiet from the busy city.

The Atrium

Glasgow

A winner of the Scottish Home Awards 2018, The Atrium began its life as Broomhill Public School. Originally built in 1902, the magnificent west end institution lost its roof to fire and water damage, and by 2016, had been lying derelict for almost a decade.

Our dramatic transformation of the listed building has brought life back to a forgotten corner. We repaired the external stone, changed the windows from aluminium to timber and introduced a new zinc rooftop extension. The interior of the Roman-Renaissance style property has been meticulously redesigned and restored, down to individual features like the original balustrades.

The exquisite collection of 29 apartments and four penthouses all stem from the development’s palatial centre piece, the atrium. Galleries wrapped around the airy room, with the ground floor serving as a common space complete with horticulture and sofas.

Every apartment’s bespoke kitchen comes equipped with integrated Siemens stainless steel appliances, coupled with Silestone quartz countertops for effortless food prep. Each bathroom has Porcelanosa tiling underfoot and enjoys the modern opulence of a Laufen three-piece suite.

Outside, the traditional railings and stone walls have been revitalised and the development is padded by surrounded woodland for a sense of seclusion.

Atrium Gardens

Glasgow

The sister building to our flagship development, The Atrium. This new-build acts as a contemporary counterpart to the old school.

Surrounded by Victorian tenements, the natural blonde sandstone walls of Atrium Gardens complement its neighbour’s traditional sandstone exterior, while boasting its own refined and modern finish.

Inside, 29 luxurious two- and three-bedroom apartments fill the first three floors, with the top two reserved for the distinguished Penthouse Collection. Family duplexes on the fourth floor enjoy private terraces, and the fifth-floor penthouse has a wraparound balcony for panoramic views across the Clyde and over the city.

This impressive residence has been finished with an uncompromising commitment to detail and quality. Like its sister building, Atrium Gardens apartment are furnished with bespoke Siemens kitchens, Laufen bathrooms, floor-to-ceiling windows and painstakingly lighting design.

Sky gardens, allocated parking, energy-efficiency systems and secure video-entry make the development one of the most desirable places to live in Glasgow. Situated in the vibrant west end, while having its own grounds allows residence a delicate balance of city living and peaceful privacy.

The Mitchell Apartments

Glasgow

Standing in the location of an old church, luxury development takes its name from prestigious neighbour, the Mitchell Library.

Glasgow’s latest build-to-rent development, the seven-storey Mitchell Apartments are conveniently situated between Finnieston, the university and the city centre. Designed with modern consumers in mind, all 20 one- and two-bedroom properties are well-appointed with exclusive amenities like German Hacker kitchens and carefully decorated shared spaces.

Nine apartments also enjoy south-facing balconies overlooking the iconic Mitchell Library, where the city archives are stored. While there is plenty of parking and off-street bike storage, being so central means the development is close to excellent transport links. A short walk from the Clyde, too, as well as Glasgow’s best restaurants and leisure sites, Mitchell Apartments couldn’t be better placed.

With our continued mission to revitalise urban areas and city centres, we’re delighted that this latest project contributes to the council’s ambition for doubling the population in Glasgow city centre to 40,000 in the next 15 years. Similar to the country’s biggest city, the rest of Scotland is experiencing a shortage of quality housing. While we expand our business, future developments like this one can help answer this shortage.
